Promoting Positive Behaviors
Positive changes in human behavior can lead to better health, less crime, increased financial savings and a more sustainable world. But enduring change—change that “sticks”—is difficult to achieve. That is the impetus behind the Behavior Change For Good Initiative, Penn’s multi-disciplinary collaboration to understand and improve human behavior. This groundbreaking initiative is led by the Wharton School and the School of Arts and Sciences, in conjunction with a team of experts representing neuroscience, behavioral economics, psychology, medicine, communications and data science. Support from The Power of Penn Campaign will help them develop methods that produce lasting behavior change and dramatically improve life outcomes.
